J.C. Rhine
Board Chairman
J. C. Rhine, married to Anne; they have four sons and ten grandchildren.  Their residence is in Little Switzerland, NC.  He is a graduate of Furman University, his career is in employee benefits and retirement plan investments.  A lifelong Christian, he is an active member of St. Paul's Anglican Church since 2005 and is Chairman of the Board of SOS Ministries.

Way Plowman
Vice Chair
Way Plowman, married to Deanna; they have two sons and two daughters; thirteen grandchildren and one great grand child.  Their residence is in Hendersonville, NC.  He is a graduate of Fla. State University and his career was in computer engineering and manufacturing. He is currently retired.

Deanna Plowman

Deanna A Plowman, married to George Way Plowman. They have 2 daughters and 2 sons, 14 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild. They reside in Hendersonville, North Carolina.  A lifelong Christian and active member of St. Paul’s Anglican Church since its beginning in 2003; a board member for SOS Mission of St. Paul’s Church.  Retired in 2001, her career was in real estate development of residential country clubs and resorts in the areas of executive administration, development teams and operation; administrative office management and director of human resources.

Brewster Ward

Brewster Ward and his family, Cam and daughters Laurie, Anne and granddaughter Emily have resided in Western North Carolina for twenty five years, first in Waynesville and now in Asheville. An Architect by profession since graduating from Cornell University he has focused his practice on liturgical consulting and church planning. Through his service in the community he has served on the Board of Directors of Waynesville Rotary, Haywood Christian Ministry and a founding member of Youth for Christ in Haywood County. Currently he is Director of Facility Development for Community of the Cross, a prayer retreat center for the Presbyterian Reformed Ministries International in Black Mountain, NC and is a member of the board of S.O.S. Mission at St Paul's Church where he is an active member.

Cam Ward
Board Member
Camille Ward, lifelong Christian married to Brewster Ward. We have two beautiful daughters and one beautiful grandchild. We reside in Asheville, North Carolina. Cam is a graduate of Stephens College and Florida Atlantic University with degrees in both Art and Social Sciences with a major in Anthropology. Experience that is valuable to SOS ministry is a seven-year ministry participation with REACH of Haywood County, a domestic violence agency. Executive Secretarial experience for both REACH and United Way of Haywood County, North Carolina. Member of the Board of Directors of SOS, Intercessor, and active member of St. Paul's Church, Asheville, NC.

Neil Grant

Neil Grant: Married to Sandra S Grant, 2 sons Neil & Jared, Residence of Asheville since 1988, Graduate University of Fla 1981, Self employed Restaurant consultant. Life long Episcopalian/Anglican. Member of St. Paul's since 2006 and current member of the Board of Directors of SOS Mission at St. Paul's Church.
